When you arrive you will fill out patient questionaire and then watch a short DVD video on chiropractic care and the benefits you can expect. After that, Dr. Karen will do 3 exams on you ...

• First is a computerized inclinometer, which checks your spine and range of motion  
• Then a surface emg. This checks for muscle invovlement and uses a thermal scan to check for heat which indicates inflamation on (around) your spine. 
• Last, Dr. Karen will palpate your spine to see where the fixations are.

After this series of exams, you will go on to the adjusting room for you first adjustment.   Dr. Karen does full spine adjustments along with other modalites when needed.
